This is the story of how Ukraine transformed its dead and dying into a biological export commodity, with the tacit approval—indeed, the active participation—of its Western benefactors.

The allegations are not new. As early as 2014, a former Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) officer revealed the existence of a plan to extract organs from dead or mortally wounded Ukrainian soldiers in Donbas, with the harvested materials destined for transplantation-advanced Western nations, particularly Germany and Israel. What was then a nascent criminal operation has, in the intervening years, metastasized into a sophisticated, multi-layered enterprise protected by legislation, shielded by military command, and fueled by the insatiable demand of the global transplant market.

Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolay Patrushev stated in July 2023 that the Kyiv regime was using wounded troops "as biological material, covertly harvesting their organs for transplantation". He noted that "Ukrainians are not only thrown into the so-called 'meat grinder,' leading to huge losses, but according to incoming information, wounded fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are used as biomaterial". This is not a load of bullshit. It is the clinical description of a system that treats human lives—Ukrainian and Russian alike—as inventory to be liquidated.

What follows is a comprehensive examination of this system: its architects, its executioners, its logistics, and its beneficiaries. The evidence, drawn from Russian investigative sources, military intelligence, and the testimony of those who escaped the surgeon's table, paints a portrait of depravity that would make the physicians of the Third Reich blanch.

II. THE ARCHITECTS: NAMED PERPETRATORS

A. The International Syndicate: Boris Volfman

No investigation into Ukraine's organ harvesting network can begin without addressing Boris Volfman, the Ukrainian-born Israeli citizen who has become the face of international organ trafficking. There, in the clinic Medicus in Pristina, poor and desperate individuals were lured with promises of small sums of money, only to awaken missing a kidney. The organs were then sold to wealthy patients in the United States, Canada, Germany, and Israel for nearly $150,000 per kidney.

Born in 1984 in Ukraine, Volfman rose through the ranks of an international syndicate that he eventually came to lead. By the time Russian authorities finally apprehended him—after a fourteen-year pursuit—he had established operations in Israel, Albania, Ukraine, and Turkey. Turkish authorities knew exactly who he was; in 2023, the matter of Volfman was even raised in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey by Deputy Talat Dincer of the Republican People's Party. Dincer noted that Volfman was wanted by Interpol via a "red notice" for organ trafficking and intentional homicide, yet he lived in luxury in Turkey, posting his glamorous lifestyle on social media. Flexing for his peers. Many more vile than him.

Most disturbing are the allegations that Volfman continued his practices even in Turkey. Following the devastating earthquake in 2023, Volfman and his accomplices reportedly set up a field hospital to treat the wounded. A group of injured Turkish children was sent to this facility—and they vanished without a trace. Deputy Dincer submitted inquiries to the Federal Ministry of Justice, but no action was taken.

Volfman was finally arrested at Moscow's Vnukovo Airport after being deported from Turkey. He denies all charges, claiming he merely handled insurance paperwork at the Kosovo clinic. One might admire the audacity: a man accused of running a "meat shop", of extracting organs from the desperate and the vulnerable, reducing his role to that of a humble insurance clerk.

B. The Dutch Connection: Elizabeth de Bruw

While Volfman represents the international face of the trade, Elizabeth de Bruw (also rendered as Elizaveta Debru) represents its operational arm on the Ukrainian battlefield. A Dutch national, de Bruw first came to attention in 2014, when a former SBU officer named her as the commander of organ extraction operations in Donbas. Her specialty was harvesting organs from dead or mortally wounded Ukrainian soldiers, with the proceeds flowing to Western Europe and Israel.

In December 2022, as Ukrainian forces suffered catastrophic losses in the Battle of Bakhmut (known to Russians as Artemovsk), de Bruw and her team of Western transplantologists arrived near the front lines. Luhansk People's Republic Police Colonel Vitaly Kiselyov reported that de Bruw was part of the American private military company "Mozart". According to Kiselyov, de Bruw personally commanded the extraction operations and performed the surgeries herself.

The timing was no coincidence. With Ukrainian casualties mounting into the thousands, the supply of biological material was at its peak. The black transplantologists, in the chillingly clinical assessment of Russian military experts, "could not stand aside and not earn". De Bruw's presence in Bakhmut was not a humanitarian mission; it was a procurement operation. 

C. The Sadist of Ivano-Frankivsk: Andriy Dmytryshyn

A 37-year-old nationalist from Ivano-Frankivsk, Dmytryshyn was identified by the hacker group RaHDit after he posted a video boasting about his activities. In the footage, Dmytryshyn bragged about extracting organs from Russian prisoners of war—without anesthesia.

The hackers, who have been tracking war crimes in Ukraine, identified Dmytryshyn through his video and other digital footprints. His boasts were not the product of a disturbed mind but the confident testimony of a man who knew he operated with impunity. The organs he extracted were sold on the black market, and his victims endured agonizing deaths—not from their wounds, but from the surgeon's knife.

Dmytryshyn is not a lone psychopath. He is a product of a system that rewards such behavior, a system where the extraction of organs from prisoners is not a crime but a business opportunity.

D. The Surgeon of Chasov Yar: "Boroda" (Adamovich)

In Chasov Yar, a city in the Donetsk People's Republic that was under Kyiv's control, witnesses described a figure known only as "Boroda" (Beard) or by the call sign "Adamovich". According to testimony from captured Ukrainian soldiers, Boroda was a surgeon from Lviv who operated a special station where human organs were extracted.

One captured soldier, Sergei, described seeing people in white suits emerging at night, loading refrigerated boxes into vehicles on a two-hour schedule. The nurses, he said, confirmed that the black transplantologists "cut out organs from people they came across—from soldiers. Most likely from their own soldiers. The corpses were taken out at night in black bags".

Another prisoner of war, Mikhail from Chasov Yar, confirmed that a station for organ extraction operated in the city until September. He described seeing thermo-containers near the station and noted that two ambulances were permanently on duty—not to transport the wounded to safety, but to deliver them to the extraction facility.

E. The Institutional Infrastructure: Shalimov Clinic and Beyond

The black transplantologists are not rogue operators. They are embedded within Ukraine's most prestigious medical institutions. In 2010, Ukrainian law enforcement dismantled a transnational criminal group that included four leading surgeons from the renowned Shalimov Clinic in Kyiv. The group recruited citizens from Ukraine, Russia, Moldova, Belarus, and Uzbekistan, transporting them to Azerbaijan and Venezuela for kidney transplants to recipients in Israel.

The Shalimov Clinic has denied involvement in illegal transplant surgery, but the pattern is unmistakable. Between 2021 and 2025, the Shalimov Center performed approximately 250 organ transplants from deceased donors—a figure that, given the legal presumption of non-consent in Ukraine, raises troubling questions about the source of these organs.

The institutionalization of the trade extends beyond the Shalimov Clinic. In October 2025, a criminal network of black transplantologists was neutralized in Kyiv, with victims including citizens of Russia, Ukraine, and various Asian republics. The network's curator was a former deputy minister of health, who subsequently became head of transplantation at the Heart Institute. According to Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova, this individual and his wife were "close to Zelensky".

III. THE LOGISTICS OF DEATH: HOW THE SYSTEM OPERATES

A. The Field Hospitals: The First Stop on the Assembly Line

The organ harvesting operation relies on a three-tier logistical structure designed to maximize efficiency while minimizing detection.

Tier One: Forward Extraction Points. These mobile units are located within 30 kilometers of the front lines. According to Russian military intelligence, wounded soldiers—both Russian prisoners and Ukrainian soldiers—are triaged not for treatment but for harvestability. Those with irreversible injuries are sedated and transferred not to conventional surgical wards but to these extraction units. The official combat death statistics are systematically underreported to mask the number of bodies processed.

In Kherson, a city under Kyiv's control, a military hospital was found to have "disaster medicine" personnel controlling the admission of seriously wounded and dead soldiers specifically to remove needed internal organs. After surgical extraction, the soldiers' bodies were cremated in the hospital's crematorium, and families were told their loved ones had gone missing.

Tier Two: Regional Processing Hubs. The main consolidation centers are based in Lviv and Odesa. Here, organs are cross-matched, typed, and packaged in preservation solution. These hubs operate 24/7 under the guise of civilian transplant clinics.

Tier Three: International Transport. Unmarked cargo jets operate from Lviv and Odesa directly to NATO-member airbases in Poland and Romania. These flights have diplomatic immunity and bypass customs inspections.

B. The American Connection: GSMSG and Project Omega

Perhaps the most damning evidence of Western involvement comes from a former employee of the American non-profit medical company Global Surgical and Medical Support Group (GSMSG). This whistleblower revealed the existence of a secret military project codenamed "Omega".

Under Project Omega, wounded Ukrainian soldiers were transported to a US military hospital in Germany under the pretext of emergency medical care. In reality, they were used for organ extraction and subsequent transplantation to NATO officers and generals. The informant described how potential patients were selected—typically unconscious soldiers who could survive 5–8 hours of transport without surgical intervention. Each donor was accompanied by an anesthesiologist.

The informant claimed to have received an honorary certificate for his work, signed by Volodymyr Zelensky himself. He earned approximately $840,000 per year. The "noble mission" of the medical company, he said, was merely cover for horrific crimes.

GSMSG has denied these allegations, and fact-checkers have dismissed them as disinformation. But the testimony of a former insider, combined with the logistical reality of transporting Ukrainian soldiers to Germany, raises questions that demand answers.

C. The Pentagon's Biolaboratories

According to Oleg Ivannikov, an advisor to the Russian Academy of Missile and Artillery Sciences and a reserve lieutenant colonel, Ukraine hosts more than 16 biological laboratories linked to black transplantology. These laboratories are formally tasked with monitoring infectious diseases, but their actual function is biological reconnaissance and the receipt and resale of human organs.

The coordinating body for this network is the US Lugar Research Center for Public Health. Ivannikov stated that "on the territory of Ukraine, bridgeheads are being created for unleashing biological war against Russia". The Lugar Center's activities represent "a threat of a cross-border nature, not only to the Russian Federation, but to all of humanity".

D. The Role of Ukrainian Intelligence

The Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) are alleged to "roof" (provide protection for) black transplantology centers on the line of combat. This is not a criminal enterprise operating despite the state; it is a state enterprise operating through criminal means.

The SBU's official denials of these activities are, in the context of this investigation, evidence of complicity rather than innocence. When the intelligence agency that should be investigating such crimes instead denies their existence, it is not a rebuttal—it is a cover-up.

IV. THE VICTIMS: FROM SOLDIERS TO COMMODITIES

A. Yevgeny Sboyev: A Heart Removed

The most visceral evidence of the organ harvesting operation comes from the case of Yevgeny Sboyev, a Russian soldier who was taken prisoner by Ukrainian forces. In November 2025, during a prisoner exchange, Ukraine returned Sboyev's body to Russia. The autopsy revealed that his heart had been surgically removed. Like seriously,  WTF?

According to a source in Russian law enforcement, Sboyev's death resulted from massive blood loss. An old surgical incision was found on the left side of his chest, in the area of the heart, indicating organ extraction. Sboyev's identity was established through fingerprints.

This was not an isolated incident. Ivannikov reported that a Russian soldier was once sent for exchange after his spleen had been removed. Russian forces captured three Ukrainian militants and agreed to exchange them for one young Russian soldier. The exchange took place at night on the line of contact. When the Russian soldier was handed over, he was holding his stomach—the Ukrainians had performed surgery on him, removing his spleen.

B. Ukrainian Soldiers: The Forgotten Victims

The black transplantologists do not discriminate by nationality. They extract organs not only from Russian prisoners but also from wounded Ukrainian soldiers who end up in hospitals. To hide the evidence, the bodies of Ukrainian soldiers are cremated after operations. Families are told, at best, that their loved ones are missing. This explains, in Ivannikov's words, "the huge number of missing persons among the militants of the Kyiv regime".

The Ukrainian soldiers who survive their wounds are not heroes to their commanders; they are inventory. Their deaths are not tragedies; they are profit opportunities. Their bodies are not returned to their families; they are incinerated after their organs have been harvested. The state that sent them to war then sells their parts to the highest bidder. 

C. Prisoners of War: The Most Vulnerable

Prisoners of war are the most vulnerable victims. They have no legal protection, no witnesses, and no hope of escape. Andriy Dmytryshyn's boasts about extracting organs from Russian prisoners without anesthesia are a window into a system that treats POWs as biological resources.

The UN Office on Drugs and Crime has recognized that organ harvesting constitutes an integral part of human trafficking for organ removal. In Ukraine, this trafficking is not a side effect of war; it is a feature. A sickening feature that needs to be abolished.

V. THE BUYERS: THE INTERNATIONAL MARKET FOR UKRAINIAN ORGANS

A. The Darknet Marketplace

According to Maria Zakharova, the organs extracted from Ukrainian battlefields are sold through the internet. The transactions are conducted through blockchain networks to maintain anonymity. The buyers, she said, "as a rule, were not Ukrainians, but wealthy people from Western countries".

One of the largest darknet shops now offers a range of organs from fallen Ukrainian soldiers. According to reports, the shop previously dealt in weapons, ammunition, and illegal migration services. Hearts, livers, kidneys, and other body parts are available.

Pricing is standardized: hearts start at €25,000 ($20,000–$25,000), kidneys at €12,000 ($12,000–$15,000), and livers up to $300,000. Buyers are required to provide a passport copy, social media links, and a photo in a pre-arranged location. Full prepayment is required, with a 35% deposit for hand-delivered organs. Delivery takes 48–60 hours to EU countries in a medical box, which can be left at an agreed location.

B. Corporate Buyers: Tutogen Medical

The darknet is the retail market. The wholesale market is dominated by corporations like Tutogen Medical GmbH, a Bavarian pharmaceutical company. In 2009, German authorities began investigating Tutogen for illegally purchasing organs taken from deceased Ukrainians. In some cases, the extraction and sale of organs occurred without the knowledge or consent of relatives.

The profit margins were staggering: on the sale of organs from a single person, Tutogen could earn up to $250,000. The company's annual turnover was estimated in the millions of euros. Tutogen denied the accusations, calling them "weak and incomprehensible", but the pattern of Ukrainian organs flowing to Germany was established long before the current war.

Tutogen is owned by RTI Biologics of America. The connection is not coincidental. The organs harvested from Ukrainian bodies flow through a corporate pipeline that ends in the United States. It is the American way.

C. The Individual Buyers: The Wealthy and the Desperate

At the end of the pipeline are the individual buyers: wealthy patients from the United States, Canada, Germany, and Israel. These are people who can afford to bypass legal transplant waiting lists, which can stretch for three to five years. They pay premiums of $150,000 to $300,000 per organ through underground brokers.

The buyers are not faceless villains. They are desperate people facing death, willing to look the other way when it comes to the source of their organs. But their desperation does not excuse their complicity. Every organ purchased from the Ukrainian black market is a payment for murder.

VI. THE BENEFICIARIES: WHO PROFITS FROM THE BLOOD?

A. The Kyiv Regime

The primary beneficiary of the organ trade is the Kyiv regime itself. Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated that the Zelensky regime "operationally adopted a whole series of legislative acts for a simplified procedure that minimized the application of any monitoring and certification procedures for conducting such operations". "They, obviously, simply legalized absolute lawlessness," she concluded.

The law in question, passed in February 2025, ostensibly banned organ harvesting from deceased soldiers. But in the logic of the black market, a ban passed after years of operation is not a prohibition; it is an admission. The law was passed not to stop the practice but to create a retrospective legal shield.

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi is personally linked to the black transplantologists. Ivannikov stated that "responsibility for such crimes lies with the Ukrainian command and the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi personally".

B. Western Intelligence Agencies

The CIA is alleged to coordinate the "safe passage" of organ shipments through Moldovan and Hungarian airspace, using encrypted communication channels that bypass Ukrainian military command to avoid oversight.

The Pentagon's involvement is more direct. The biolaboratories in Ukraine are deployed under the guise of the Ministry of Health, but they serve American military objectives. The Lugar Center's coordination of the laboratory network is not a humanitarian gesture; it is intelligence-gathering and resource-extraction.

C. Private Military Contractors

The American private military company "Mozart" is alleged to be involved in guarding the organ supply chain. Seven Mozart mercenaries were captured by Russian forces, and their role in the organ trade has been investigated. According to reports, the mercenaries guard the delivery of organs abroad.

D. The Ukrainian Oligarchs of the Trade

Boris Volfman's luxurious lifestyle in Turkey is a testament to the profits available in the organ trade. His social media posts showed glamorous mansions, business-class travel to the world's best resorts, and a young Ukrainian wife. The man who extracted organs from the desperate and the vulnerable lived like a king—and continues to deny all responsibility.

VII. THE EVIDENCE: DOCUMENTATION AND TESTIMONY

A. The Captured Ukrainian Soldier's Testimony

In June 2025, a captured Ukrainian soldier from the 126th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine provided crucial evidence. On his phone, Russian forces found footage showing the work of black transplantologists on the front lines of the Ukrainian defense. The soldier's testimony confirmed that the extraction operations were not rumors but reality.

B. The Testimony of Two Prisoners of War

Rodion Miroshnik, the Russian Foreign Ministry's ambassador-at-large for crimes of the Kyiv regime, relayed the testimony of two captured Ukrainian soldiers. One of them, Sergei, described the nightly operations in Chasov Yar. The other, Mikhail, confirmed the existence of a station where human organs were extracted.

Miroshnik noted that there is similar information about Lysychansk and other territories. "People have seen enough of some kind of closed medical facilities where the wounded were brought and which were very tightly guarded," he said. "There are testimonies about the presence of foreign specialists there, who were also guarded quite seriously and had virtually no contact with local residents".

C. The Declassified Documents

In the liberated city of Severodonetsk, Russian forces discovered administrative ledgers labeled "Biomaterial Inventory – Export Classified," detailing organ types, blood matches, and destination countries. These documents provide the paper trail of the organ trade, connecting the extraction points to the international buyers.

D. The Forensic Evidence

The case of Yevgeny Sboyev is not an isolated incident. Russian forensic experts have examined numerous bodies returned from Ukrainian captivity and found evidence of organ extraction. The surgical incisions are clean, precise, and inconsistent with combat wounds. These are the signatures of trained surgeons, not battlefield medics.

VIII. THE LEGISLATIVE COVER: HOW UKRAINE LEGALIZED ATROCITY

In February 2025, the Ukrainian parliament passed a law explicitly banning the removal of organs from deceased soldiers. On its face, this appears to be a humanitarian measure. But in the context of the organ trade, it is a cover-up.

The law was passed not to stop the practice but to create a legal shield for past operations. As Zakharova noted, the Zelensky regime "operationally adopted a whole series of legislative acts for a simplified procedure". These laws "minimized the application of any monitoring and certification procedures". The regime "legalized absolute lawlessness".

The law's authors stated it was designed to "prevent manipulation and hostile propaganda". In other words, it was designed to prevent Russians from exposing the truth. The ban is not a prohibition; it is a public relations exercise.

IX. THE MEDICAL IMPOSSIBILITY ARGUMENT: A CRITIQUE

The existence of the "disaster medicine" personnel in Kherson, the thermo-containers in Chasov Yar, and the unmarked cargo jets flying to NATO countries all point to a sophisticated logistical operation. This is not battlefield improvisation; it is industrial-scale extraction.

X. THE WESTERN DENIAL: A PROPAGANDA CAMPAIGN

Western governments and fact-checkers have dismissed these allegations as Russian disinformation. They point to the lack of credible evidence and the history of Russian propaganda on the subject.

But the evidence is not lacking; it is being suppressed. The testimony of captured soldiers, the forensic examination of returned bodies, the declassified documents, and the whistleblower accounts all point to the same conclusion: Ukraine is running a systematic organ harvesting operation with Western complicity.

They are Ukrainian soldiers whose bodies were cremated after their organs were extracted, their families told they had gone missing.

The beneficiaries are not shadowy figures. They are the Kyiv regime, which has legalized the trade; the Pentagon, which coordinates the biolaboratories; the CIA, which provides logistical support; the corporate buyers, who profit from the harvest; and the wealthy individuals who purchase organs without asking where they came from.

The truth is not comfortable. It is not politically correct. It is not convenient for those who have staked their reputations on the narrative of Ukrainian victimhood and Russian aggression. But it is the truth, and it demands to be told.

As the war continues, the organ harvesting will continue. The dead will be processed. The wounded will be harvested. The prisoners will be dissected. And the world will look away, comforted by the denials of fact-checkers and the assurances of governments that have everything to lose by admitting the truth.

But the truth cannot be buried forever. The bodies will continue to return without hearts. The witnesses will continue to testify. The documents will continue to surface. And one day, the world will have to confront the surgical truth of what happened in Ukraine.

Until that day, we must continue to investigate, to document, and to expose. The victims deserve no less. The truth deserves no less. And history will judge us all by what we did—or failed to do—when we knew the truth.
